Anand has 17 years of investment experience in technology companies across India and Asia. He brings a deep network in Asia Pacific and the Middle East for companies. His notable investments in Iron Pillar include Curefoods, FreshToHome, Servify and Skill Lync. Previously, Anand led Morgan Creek's Asia office in Shanghai. He also worked at Squadron Capital, Sequoia Capital India, and McKinsey & Co. Anand holds a PGDBM from Fore School of Management and a BBA from the University of Kerala.
Mohanjit is an experienced technology investor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in the US and Indian startup ecosystems. He co-founded Iron Pillar and has led investments in notable companies like Sibros, Jiffy, Uniphore, Vyome, Ushur, Pando and CoreStack. Previously, he served as a Partner at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, establishing their India operations and managing the India portfolio. Earlier, he was also a Partner at Garage Technology Ventures and contributed to launching ViaSpace, a tech incubator at Cal-tech and Intel Play, a Mattel-Intel joint venture. Mohanjit holds an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School, along with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT. He serves on the Boards of two non-profits, The Unreasonable Group and The SETI Institute.
Ashok has 17 years of experience in B2B & B2C businesses, both as a consultant & operator in India prior to cofounding Iron Pillar. Ashok co-led Iron Pillar's investment in Freshtohome and has worked closely with Bluestone. Previously Ashok cofounded Taxiguide & Vertebrand and also built ICICI Bank's SME book and DBS Bank's Mid Market book in Karnataka. Ashok holds a CFA Charter from IFCAI, PGDBA from ICFAI Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bangalore University.
With 25+ years of experience, Ashish is a seasoned finance professional with diverse experience across various alternative asset classes. He leads the finance and operations team at Iron Pillar and oversees investor reporting, audit, risk control and compliance. Previously, he has served as CFO for JP Morgan Partners and Operations Director for the 3i Group in Asia. Most recently, Ashish led the Real Assets funds services business in Asia for SS&C. Ashish is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Mumbai University.
Raj has 25+ years of experience in operating and investing in high-growth companies across the US, India and Middle East. At Iron Pillar, he leads global business development and go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies. Based in Dubai, Raj was previously the Managing Director at LCR Capital Partners and Sobha Group. He began his investing career at SVB India Capital Partners, followed by Kalaari Capital. He is a member of the Wharton Private Equity & Venture Capital Alumni Association and a Founding Board Member of the YPO Dubai Downtown Chapter. Raj holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, MPA from Harvard University and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Sajid has nearly 15 years of investing and operating experience in the Indian startup and private equity ecosystem. He has led investments in several successful consumer and digital growth stage businesses and worked closely with the companies to drive value creation. He was formely a Principal and Venture Advisor at Blume Ventures. Prior to investing, he founded and scaled an IT services company, Amedeo Software, focused on the mobile technology space. Sajid has a BBA from the European Business School and Regents College, London and completed executive education from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
